I'm a designer, researcher, and currently a Principal XD Researcher at Intuit. I have over ten years of experience solving complex problems with digital, physical, and service solutions using research and human-centered design as guiding principles. I’m experienced in building successful user research programs at both Fortune 500 companies and rapidly growing startups, helping teams of any size leverage lean research practices to guide product strategy.

Throughout my career, my work has focused on improving the experiences between people and Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cognitive Computing systems. I have a unique perspective on the approach to better understanding and building these tools with peoples’ real-world experiences in mind.

When not at work, you might find me running in Central Park or walking with my dog, Maddie.
